All In Love Care is more than just another home health business, it’s a family. The agency was born out of both love and compassion. In 2020, when Sharia Watson-Henderson founded the agency, she noticed a great need for individuals who required non-medical home health services. After being out in the community and getting a first-hand look at the strain that was placed on some families just to provide basic care for their loved ones, Sharia knew what her calling was. She began as a caregiver herself with just 3 clients, ultimately servicing her grandmother. She eventually added an additional caregiver to her staff of one.
Over the course of 4 years, All in Love Care has expanded to over 40 clients, dozens of part time and full-time caregivers as well as a full-time office manager, Ms. Shamika Kelly who is available around the clock to support families and staff. Sharia is no stranger to caring for people, as she started a child development center prior to All In Love Care, but knew her passion was with those individuals and families who required assistance at home. Sharia earned both a Bachelors and Master’s Degree in Business Management and many certifications and training in the home health arena.
